Shipping policy

Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order once we have received it.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Switzerland and Lichtenstein orders:

Items are shipped thru LA POSTE with an estimated timeframe of 1-5 days.

Free shipping on Switzerland/Lichtenstein orders over 300 CHF.

In-Store Pick up:

FREE local pick up for online orders.  Collect your items from our Geneva store:

Rue du Vieux-Collège 10bis, 1204, Geneva

International Orders:

We ship worldwide via UPS from Monday to Friday between 10am-6pm.   Please note that not all services are available in all countries.  The shipping costs will be communicated to you at the time of your order depending on the country of destination.

We recommend that you contact your local customs authority to find out about the import taxes and a landed cost price prior to submitting your order.

Estimated timeframe for deliveries:

Europe and USA: 4-6 days

Rest of the World: 6-10 days

Noa Shop will not be responsible for any eventual delays due to custom clearances or delays in payments.

It is the client’s responsibility to assure that the exterior of the packaging is in good conditions upon arrival.
