Shipping & Delivery
We offer standard shipping with the Swiss Post. Shipping costs are the following:
Economy CHF 8,50
Priority CHF 10,50
Free shipping for orders over 200 CHF.
Standard shipping can take up to 5 days.
We only ship in Swizerland, however, please contact us at info@noa-shop.com for any international shipping enquiries.

You will receive an order confirmation once the order has been processed, and another once the order is shipped. On rare occasions, an item might be Out of Stock. In that case, we will contact you immediately and fully refund you or offer you an alternative size/style.
All orders are shipped with SwissPost and are handled within 2 working days.

Yes, we offer a click and collect option on the website for customers who wish to pick up instore.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase date. Items must be returned unused with their original tag and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not conform to the above. We do not offer returns or refunds on Sale items.
Yes but please note returns may take 1-2 working days to process.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges, if you would like to exchange one item for another, you must return the original item and place a new order.
